Ever since reaching semi-retirement, I’ve been trying to improve my sleep in any way possible. I’ve struggled with getting good sleep my entire life, and now I finally have the time to think about what to do about it. Join me on my journey, which will hopefully provide ideas for you on how to improve your sleep as well.
Since I used to work in statistics, my tests will be relatively well-structured and measured. I will try to avoid jargon and technical language so that everything is as approachable as possible. The goal here isn’t to publish peer-reviewed scientific articles, but I’ll stick to the scientific method whenever I can!
